Buffalo Jump NYC, a Native American Restaurant & Catering Company , is thrilled to announce the launch of their new website, BuffaloJump.NYC ! The site features the a sneak peek of their Working Menu , the Largest Searchable Native Food Producers Database, and a Find Us page to connect with Buffalo Jump NYC pre restaurant launch!
“Everyone eats Native American food and they don’t even realize it. Our cuisines and ingredients are the most used through out the world, and yet unlike other peoples we aren’t given the props for our culinary excellence and genius. Our foods literally transformed the world and that needs to be given recognition in the mainstream” said Brooke Rodriguez Co-Owner and Business Manager of Buffalo Jump NYC.
Buffalo Jump NYC contributes Lakota and Indigenous American dishes to an already very diverse yet apparently lacking NYC food culture and landscape.
